A bit pricey - but very delicious . We got the prime galbi - which was very fresh meat. Expect to spend about $60 - $80 per person - but higher quality than most Korean bbq places. I would come here again.

Hi Haven't come here for almost 10 years cuz back then service was super terrible! But it all changed, they welcome with the beautiful tiny fountain usually, not tonight Patio was open but I wanted to check the inside how much they maintain clean inside of the ventilation and the table! Super duper clean and all booth was covered high not to get bothered by others. But need to get updated very soon! Here are the Galbee!!! It was not much different from others before to be honest but it all came back! Fresh tender and juicy! They got back original K bbq taste! Banchan were all neat clean and toothsome but too big portions, also the seafood pancake was tremendously huge- but not recommended, my girl love this dish, so we ordered but all left! Haven't gotten any room for the Beef sashimi and the cold noodle, next time I'll review more! Overall, it has different vibe from Suwon Galbee, quiet and neat! Definitely come back for the K bbq!!!

Came by for lunch yesterday because i wanted to try something different and my friend suggested i try this place. They didn't disappoint, Ascetically this place is very nice and clean, the waitresses are very kind but are a little pushy at first so you have to tell them a couple of times to give you some time to look at the menu. It was my first time here so i didn't know what to order and the menu is stacked. They are really fast and food flies out the kitchen. Decided on the bulgogi dinner portion and the marinade is perfect, cooked fast on the grill and got a beef dumpling and rice cake soup and that also hit the spot. Will definitely come back for lunch. Don't sleep on this place it is very good.

We had a great meal at Chosun. The decor is very nice. There was a little bit of a language difficulty understanding the servers but they were very attentive. We ordered the Kot Sal which I regret purchasing. It was very expensive and while the meat was very high quality and had a lot of marbling, I discovered that I'm not really into high fat meat. It doesn't really taste that much better than regular meat and it was bland. We much rather enjoyed the marinated kalbi which was excellent. I wished they had LA kalbi. The banchan were also so high quality and delicious also so all in all, a great meal!

Chosun Galbee has to be one of the best traditional tasting Korean cold noodle places I have tried. They offer valet parking services in their restaurant parking area- your other option will be to park on the street. Walking in we were automatically greeted by the lady in the front. We were quickly seated and taken care of by the staff. Our orders came super quick and they were always on top of our needs! The cold noodles were a delicious way to start the meal while waiting for our meats to cook. Everything was amazing, so much flavor and definitely quality cuts! I also feel that their amazing rice tea needs a highlight because it's my new favorite thing!! The entire experience was amazing and the restaurant is very beautiful- whether you choose to sit inside or outside it's a beautiful ambiance.

You get what you pay for. At Chosun Galbee, you get top quality premium cuts of meat and banchan. I was never much of an a la carte kind of guy until now. When people say quality over quantity, this is the quality I expect. Can never go back to opting for AYCE when this is an option. The service was great. They were attentive to the grill and quick to refill anything at the table. From their signature Chosun Galbee to their Sam Gyup Sal, everything I tasted was savory and flavorful. It's pricey, but well worth it. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend.

Came on a Sunday for lunch, thank goodness they were open on New Year's Eve! There was a wait for indoor seating so we went for patio dining, which was still spectacular. The heat lamp kept us warm. We got the Chosun Galbee, which is marinated short rib. Our waiter came with the meat and cooked it for us. All of the workers here were incredibly kind and attentive! I have been to many Korean barbecue places around California, and I am not exaggerating when I say that ChoSun has the most jaw dropping meat out of all of them. The taste of the meat is absolutely delicious, the texture is soft and bouncy. You can truly taste the quality of their meat; it is unmatched. We also ordered the seafood pancake. It is quite large and very yummy! Of course the meal comes with some delicious banchan, seaweed soup, and a sweet rice tea! Overall an excellent place if you appreciate quality meat, prime service, and sophisticated ambiance. They have valet parking available.

It's known that Chosun Galbee is one of the best kbbq places in LA. It's also known that they have some of the steepest prices for kbbq. One things for sure: the quality of the meat definitely meets the price. We always order the marinated galbi, which is what they're known best for. The a la carte pricing was $68 for prime and $62 for choice. Personally, I feel that the marinate could be better as it's not as flavorful as other restaurants. However, where Chosun Galbee's galbi wins is how the meat just melts in your mouth. It's so tender!! We also ordered chadol, which was also amazing. If you order chadol, you can ask for the chadol dipping sauce since they don't serve it unless requested. I would note that Chosun is one of the kbbq restaurants with the most attentive servers; they are on top of cooking the meat! I've tried their cold broth noodles before and loved it, so I ordered the bibingnaengmyeon this time. Unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The sauce was flavorless despite the amount of mustard and vinegar added. Eating it with the galbi helped, but I definitely wouldn't order this again. I highly recommend sticking with the cold broth naengmyeon instead! The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating available. During the holidays, they make the effort to decorate the place which is nice. * We walked in on Saturday for a late lunch and didn't have a wait; however I would note that they will not seat you until your entire party is present. * They have valet parking $4, but there's plenty of street parking available as well. If you're okay with paying the price for quality galbee, this is the place!
